Every year, Promenada offers internship for students doing the tourism and leisure management course at Klaipeda's University.
The hotel also supports local artists by promoting a gallery in Klaipeda. In fact, the hotel has become a mini gallery, where you can find paintings and other works of famous Lithuanian artists.
