All Litinterp Klaipeda guesthouse's furnishings and decorations reflect the local or historical culture. The guest house staff teaches its guests the importance of respecting the local culture and history. The staff suggests places to be avoided, such as places that should not be disrupted by tourism.

The owners and managers of Litinterp Guesthouse encourage and advise guests to purchase locally produced products and support local service providers - restaurants, shops, tour operators, etc.

All through the guesthouse, water-saving devices such as low-flush toilets and low-flow showerheads and faucets have been installed. Also, the local employees are trained to handle management positions. The hotel management supports the career development of its staff across levels. The staff, in turn, is engaged in caring for the guests.
